Frequently asked questions
Why so cheap? Are those servers OK?
Indeed there is a catch. The service caters to experienced administrators. We offer servers and that's it. We guarantee they work, you get full unrestricted access to iDRAC/iLO. You are expected to know what you are doing. We will provide hardware support only. You are on your own (OK, not really, we will help but we are not obliged to it).
Who owns the severs? Are you a reseller?
No, we are not resellers. We own all the hardware, cables, routers, switches except the rack frame itself.
Where are your datacenters?
- For colocation we use Frankfurt (Tier-4), Lisbon (Tier-4), HK (Tier-4 and Tier-3)
- For reselling colocation services in HK we offer Tier-3 only
- For up to half rack we offer our own space (recommended, cost effective).
- For full racks in DE and PT we act as a datacenter broker introducing you to the agent (we can't influence the price)
- Full racks in Tier-3 HK can be still offered by us directly, reducing the overall cost and allowing more flexible customizations
What about discounts?
As our customer, you will be able to receive a discount depending on the amount reached per Invoice. Please see the thresholds below:
- €10.000 - 5%
- €20.000 - 10%
- €30.000 - 15%
- €40.000 - 20%
- €50.000 - 25%
Your website looks identical as ......., are you affiliates?
No, we use the same hosting template and apparently decided that the default look is sufficient
What are the support options
Support options depends on monthly recurring invoice amount
- Up to €2000 - Ticketing system, online chat when available
- Up to €5000 - As above + dedicated agent on Telegram, 1 contact from your side
- Above €5000 - As above + 24/7 Telegram channel with admins, up to 10 users from your side
