You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EURONODES, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms of Service or your use of the services.

We reserve the right to terminate services to any client for any reason, including non-payment or violation of these Terms of Service.

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or any other issues. It's recommended to maintain regular backups and ensure all your activities are in compliance with relevant laws.

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms of Service if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, wars, or other unforeseen events.

Usage and Content
We do not monitor or evaluate the content hosted on the dedicated servers we rent out. You are entirely responsible for all content and activities on your rented server. We operate strictly in accordance with legal requirements. Clients are expected to use our servers in a manner that is ethical and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Engaging in malicious activities, hosting illegal content, or any actions that harm our reputation or infrastructure will lead to immediate termination of services.

Law Enforcement & Legal Responsibilities
In the event that we are contacted by law enforcement or other legal entities regarding activities or content associated with your server, we will refer them directly to you. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our servers complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Technical Support
We offer technical support for server-related issues during regular business hours. Any issues pertaining to software, applications, or content within the server are outside the scope of our support.

Service Uptime and Maintenance
We strive to provide the highest possible uptime for our services. However, occasional technical issues or maintenance may result in temporary outages. We will provide advance notice for any scheduled maintenance.

Backup Policy
While we provide basic backup solutions, we cannot guarantee the integrity or availability of backups. It's your responsibility to ensure regular and comprehensive backups of your data.

Data Privacy and Security
We are committed to safeguarding the security of our infrastructure. However, you are responsible for ensuring the security of your server's content and access points. We will not share, sell, or disclose your personal data unless required by law.

Intellectual Property
Any impersonation of EURONODES or use of any content on the website (including the logo and other trademarks belonging to EURONODES) will be subject to legal liability.

Payment Terms
Payments must be made by the first of each month using approved payment methods. Late payments may incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Refunds are available under specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

Service Levels and SLAs
We guarantee 99.9% network uptime. Service credits are offered for downtime that exceeds this guarantee, as detailed in our compensation policy.

Renewal and Cancellation Policy
Services are automatically renewed each month. Clients can cancel their services with a 30-day written notice. Specific details on the renewal and cancellation process are provided.

Acceptable Use Policy
Detailed rules on acceptable and unacceptable uses of our services are provided. Violations will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.

Payments and Know Your Customer („KYC”) Verification
Applies to crypto-only customers. To avoid KYC just pay your first bill using PayPal or Bank transfer-
Available Payment Methods
We accept payments through the following methods:
- Bank Transfer
- PayPal
- Cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum)

Initial Payment & KYC Verification
- For the security and integrity of our services, the initial payment for server rentals must be made via Bank Transfer or PayPal. This process allows us to conduct a basic KYC verification to ensure the legitimacy of our clientele.
- We require a separate KYC verification if you choose to make the initial payment using Cryptocurrency. You will be prompted to provide the necessary identification documents to complete this verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified time frame (e.g., 48 hours) after initiating a cryptocurrency payment may result in the cancellation of your server rental request and a refund of the cryptocurrency paid, minus any applicable transaction fees.

Subsequent Payments
Once the initial payment and KYC verification (if applicable) are successfully completed, you may use any of the above-listed payment methods for subsequent payments without additional KYC verification, unless otherwise required due to specific circumstances or regulatory changes.

KYC Documentation
The KYC verification process may require you to submit one or more of the following:
- A government-issued photo identification (e.g., passport, driver's license).
- A recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address.
- Any other documentation we deem necessary for verification purposes.

Handling and Storage of KYC Documents
- Upon receiving your KYC documents, we will transcribe the necessary information from the documents and store it offline as a paper copy.
- For the security and privacy of our clients, once the transcription is completed and verified, we will permanently delete all electronic copies of the provided documents.
- Our paper copies are securely stored in a restricted-access location to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

Privacy of KYC Information
We are committed to safeguarding your personal information. The transcribed information from your KYC documents will only be accessed for verification purposes and compliance with regulatory requirements. We will not share, sell, or disclose your KYC information unless required by law.

Payment Delays
- Invoices for server rentals must be paid by the due date specified on the invoice.
- If an invoice is not paid on time, the server will be null-routed until the outstanding amount is cleared.
- If the invoice remains unpaid for one month after the due date, the server will be decommissioned, and all stored data may be permanently lost.
