  4. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms, with notifications provided to all clients as specified.

  6. Contact Information

Contact information for support, billing, and legal inquiries is provided to ensure clear communication channels with our clients.

Service Delivery and Performance

  1. Service Levels and SLAs

We guarantee 99.9% network uptime. This guarantee is calculated monthly. Downtime is measured from the moment you report an issue to our support team or when our monitoring systems detect an outage. For each hour of downtime exceeding our guarantee, you will receive service credits equal to one day of service. Credits are automatically applied to your next invoice and must be claimed within 30 days of the incident.

  2. Service Uptime and Maintenance

We strive to provide the highest possible uptime for our services. However, occasional technical issues or maintenance may result in temporary outages. We will provide advance notice for any scheduled maintenance.

  3. Technical Support

We offer technical support for server-related issues during regular business hours. Any issues pertaining to software, applications, or content within the server are outside the scope of our support.

  4. Service Upgrades / Downgrades

Service upgrades may be processed at any time, with prorated charges applied to your next invoice. Downgrades can be requested with 7 days’ notice and will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle. A one-time processing fee may apply for multiple changes within a billing period.

  5. Renewal and Cancellation Policy

Services are automatically renewed each month. Clients can cancel their services with a 30-day written notice. Specific details on the renewal and cancellation process are provided.

  6. Service Suspension Procedure

EURONODES reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms of Service, illegal activity, or any actions that may harm our infrastructure or reputation. In less severe cases, we may issue a warning and provide 24 hours to remedy the situation before taking further action.

  7. Third-Party Services Integration

EURONODES utilizes TrustSwiftly for initial PhotoID verification during KYC processes. Beyond this, no third-party services or APIs are integrated with our systems. We do not share your data with external systems except as required for verification purposes.

  8. Service Evolution

Changes to service features, offerings, or specifications will be communicated via email or through our official support channels (Discord, Telegram). Non-critical updates will be announced at least 7 days in advance, while critical security updates may be implemented immediately.

User and Account Management

  1. Account Ownership and Transfer

Account ownership transfers are processed manually by our support team. All ownership transfer requests must be accompanied by full KYC verification of the new owner. We reserve the right to deny transfer requests if we suspect abuse or fraudulent activity. In the event of customer death or incapacitation, legal documentation will be required for account transfer.

  2. Accessibility and Non-Discrimination

We do not discriminate against any legal entity, be it private person, company or organisation, as long as it meets requirements of the law.

  6. Export / Transfer of Data

Whenever technically possible, our support team will assist with the export of your data upon request. Due to the nature of dedicated server hosting, the responsibility for regular backups and data management remains with you. We recommend maintaining current backups of all critical data.

  7. Security Incident Response

In the event of a security breach affecting our infrastructure, we will notify affected customers within 72 hours of discovery. Our notification will include the nature of the breach, potential impact, and measures taken to address the issue. We accept payments through the following methods:

    1. Bank Transfer
    2. PayPal
    3. Cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum)
  3. Initial Payment & KYC Verification

    2. We require a separate KYC verification if you choose to make the initial payment using Cryptocurrency. You will be prompted to provide the necessary identification documents to complete this verification. 2. A recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address.
    3. Any other documentation we deem necessary for verification purposes.
  6. Handling and Storage of KYC Documents

    2. For the security and privacy of our clients, once the transcription is completed and verified, we will permanently delete all electronic copies of the provided documents.
    3. Our paper copies are securely stored in a restricted-access location to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
  7. Privacy of KYC Information

We are committed to safeguarding your personal information. The transcribed information from your KYC documents will only be accessed for verification purposes and compliance with regulatory requirements. We will not share, sell, or disclose your KYC information unless required by law.

  8. Payment Delays
    1. Invoices for server rentals must be paid by the due date specified on the invoice.
    2. If an invoice is not paid on time, the server will be null-routed until the outstanding amount is cleared.
